When you request correction, addition, or deletion ("Correction, etc.") of the content of personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act on the ground that the personal information is untrue, we will, after confirming that the request is from you, conduct necessary investigation without delay within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use, make the Correction, etc. based on the results, and notify you accordingly (and, if we decide not to make a Correction, etc., we will notify you accordingly). However, this does not apply where we are not obligated to make a Correction, etc. under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws.

10. Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information

When you request suspension of use or erasure ("Suspension of Use, etc.") of your personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act on the ground that it is being handled beyond the scope of the purposes of use publicly announced in advance, or that it was acquired by deception or other improper means, and it becomes clear that the request has grounds, we will, after confirming that the request is from you, carry out the Suspension of Use, etc. without delay and notify you accordingly. However, this does not apply where we are not obligated to carry out a Suspension of Use, etc. under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws.
